Tassels of metallic blue crystal-like beads cascade from the bottom of a fan of hematite rhinestone dotted frames that flare out from a filigree filled half moon frame, resulting in a glitzy fringe suspended by dainty gunmetal chains. Earring attaches to a standard fishhook fitting.
